Why Vietnam?

Vietnam is one of the world's largest producers of tropical fruits. Rich volcanic soil, abundant rainfall, and a tropical climate that stretches across latitudes create growing conditions that are hard to match anywhere else on earth.

The mangoes are sweeter. The pineapples are more aromatic. And the family-owned orchards we partner with have been growing fruit for generations. They pick at peak ripeness - not early for shipping convenience - because we freeze-dry locally before the fruit ever leaves the country.

The process

How We Freeze-Dry

Four steps. Zero compromises. 97% of nutrients preserved.

Step 01

Harvest

Fruits picked at peak ripeness from family-owned orchards in Vietnam. Not a day too early, not a day too late.

Step 02

Flash Freeze

Rapidly frozen to -40°C within hours of harvest. This locks in the natural colour, flavour, and cellular structure.

Step 03

Vacuum Dry

Placed in vacuum chambers for 24 hours. Moisture is gently removed without heat, preserving 97% of natural nutrients.

Step 04

Pack & Ship

Sealed in airtight packaging to maintain freshness. Shipped directly to your doorstep across India.
